After discussing your wishes and budget, we will create a design plan that outlines everything you will need to visualise your new space. Our services prioritise our clients and their vision. We are able to fill your beautiful space with furniture, fabrics, accessories, and provide you with custom pieces tailor-made for your home.
An in-home design consultation is offered for $350 (GST incl.). This consultation will include an itemised furniture selection and quote plus:
-Wall Paper | Paint
-Custom design services
-New Furniture Scheme + Furniture Spatial Planning
Luxe Style Co. also has significant experience in high quality commercial design.
From Boutiques through to commercial office buildings we are able to provide extensive interior design services including concept, layout, furnishing and a vision of the desired styling.
A consultation from Luxe Style Co means that we are there for you every step of the way, from choosing paint colours and wallpapers to purchasing furnishings & materials which also includes overseeing the entire project, to ensure a smooth transition for you, the client.
For a $350.00 call-out Consultation fee (inc GST) to (the client), this fee will cover an hour onsite call out and initial consultation. We will assess your current interior décor and then discuss what changes/ additions will suit you based on your requirements. To be clear on pricing vs requirements, room budgets and time frames will be discussed at the initial consultation stage.
Post the initial onsite consultation, if you wish to proceed to a full proposal then this will consist of:
A Mood Board PowerPoint presentation (see below for pictures and expamles) which consist of:
- A detailed proposal consisting of images & individual prices of each product
- Dimensions of each item.
- Next Steps and consultation recommended for your Makeover.
- Luxe Style Co supplier names will not be disclosed.
Please note that invoices for products selected will be provided periodically throughout the project, subject to stock availability.
FULL LUXE STYLE CO PERSONALISED PROPOSAL FEE
On average it takes10-12 hours of research to bring your personalised proposal together. This preparation will be invoiced at $1,000.00 (inc GST) to you, (the client) payable within 30 days after the full proposal has been presented back you.
FULL PROPOSAL FEE WAIVER
If you (the client), purchase our products recommended with a value over $1,000.00 within 30 days from receipt of your full personalised proposal, then the full proposal fee will be waived.
Payment for all of Luxe Style Co’s consultation services and products can be made via direct debit or Eftpos.
E-Design is a service provided for interstate clients who live outside of Adelaide who would like assistance in designing and decorating their home. We will communicate with you via phone, email or skype.
Depending on the engagement we will provide you with a full decoration concept and arrange for products to be shipped direct to you. If appropriate we will provide you with details of where to purchase the recommended products within your own state. An hourly rate of $180 per hour (incl. GST) is charged for these consults.
