Luxe Returns Policy Please note that the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, or found it cheaper somewhere else. This also applies if you decided you did not like the purchase or have no use for it anymore. Products excluded from our returns policy are clearance and sale products, products sold as seconds, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customers attention before the purchase of the product. Please note that items posted for returns are at your cost and risk. Luxe Style Co shall not refund for products that are not received.
Damaged or Faulty Goods. If the product you purchased online or paid for in store is damaged or defective you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. * You will need to provide proof of the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Orders can be returned to the Luxe Style Co. by post or freight.
